Home is the first page you see when you sign in. It shows your most recent patient calls and texts in one place, so you can quickly catch up on what your AI assistant has been doing.
The page has three columns:
Left: the list of recent conversations
Middle: the conversation itself (recording and transcript, or text thread)
Right: a summary and patient details
Browse calls and texts
At the top of the list, switch between Calls and SMS. You can narrow the list further:
Calls: All or Appointments
SMS: All, Responded, or Appointments
Each item shows the patient's name and phone number, when it happened, and small tags such as Outbound or the type of call (for example, Scheduling). When an appointment was booked, you'll see the date and time in green under the patient's name.
š” Tip: Choose Appointments to see only the conversations that ended with a booked appointment.
Review a call
Click a call to open it in the middle column. From there you can:
Play the recording. Use the play button, skip back or forward, and the download icon to save the audio.
Read the transcript. You'll also see key moments, such as when a patient hung up or was transferred.
On the right, the Call Summary gives a short description of what happened. Below that you'll find the patient's name and date of birth, plus any related details (such as the referral type, provider, clinic, and outcome).
Review a text conversation
Switch to SMS and click a conversation to see the full text thread, with messages from your practice on the right and the patient's replies on the left.
Update details and add notes
Click the pencil icon next to a patient's name or date of birth to correct it.
Click Add note to leave a note for your team.
Some details, such as the Outcome, can also be edited with the pencil icon.
