Welcome to Parakeet Health! This quick tour shows you where to find your patient calls and texts, how your AI assistant is performing, and how to look up any past conversation.
Everything lives in the menu on the left side of the screen. Hover over the icons to see their labels.
đĄ Your menu may look a little different. What you see depends on what's set up for your practice. Some practices use Parakeet for inbound calls, some for outbound outreach, and some for both. Features like Referrals are only turned on for some practices.
Home
Home is your live activity feed. It lists your most recent calls and texts, and when you click one you can listen to the recording, read the transcript, and see a short summary of what happened.

Dashboard
Dashboard shows how things are going at a glance: how many calls and texts were handled, how many appointments were booked, and how much staff time was saved.

Conversations
Conversations is a searchable log of every call and text. Use it to find a specific patient by name, phone number, or birthdate, or to filter by outcome and date.
